- Computerised in-going and out-going condition reports.
- Photographs, which are automatically dated and stored digitally by the program, we use on iPads for property inspections.
- SMS and email communication for late rent reminders.
- A numbering and colour system for property keys for security reasons. We never show the property address and we do not hand out keys for viewing the property. A property manager always accompanies prospective tenants.
- Digital storage of all documents. We are a paperless office. All our files can be transferred electronically.
- A 24/7-access system for landlords to view their accounts on-line.
- Our system to attach invoices electronically to landlords’ statements and we then archive the invoices.
- Bpay Cards for rent payment. The payments are downloaded from the bank and processed automatically each morning. Rental monies are transferred to landlords’ accounts the same day.
