Can you imagine an airline where the pilots help clean the plane?
Back in 1972 The Southwest Airlines staff knew they were fighting for their jobs as other airlines were trying to put them out of business. Being the underdogs spurred them on to work as an efficient team.
There was no demarkation of jobs on the ground. All pitched in including the pilots and did what was needed to make it happen. The airline had fought for years for the right to fly but when finally they had permission things were very grim financially. Vice President Bill Franklin and the other company leaders, came up with a scheme.
They sold off one of their planes. The three remaining planes would have to do the work of four. To make it happen they had to achieve a new benchmark in turnarounds.
Imagine being able turn a plane around in 10 minutes. From landing to take off that’s all the time it took Southwest Airlines for a turnaround. The scheme worked.By working together on a shared vision they were able to achieve what was considered impossible.
Do you want to be part of a team that shares a vision that some may consider impossible?
That’s the kind of team we form with every landlord. And the vision is of good, happy tenants who maintain the property well and pay a decent rent on time. The whole Planinsek team including the directors work together to achieve this vision with each and every landlord.
